These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Startup Law Go at startuplawgo.com and located at Falkenstrasse 22, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
Our legal and advisory services are intended for entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals of legal age in their jurisdiction. By enrolling or booking with us, you represent that you have the capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements.
2. Scope of Services
Startup Law Go offers modular online legal courses, personalized 1:1 coaching, live webinars, and exclusive workshops in Switzerland. For details on course content, duration, access, and pricing, please refer to the relevant service pages.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our platform and materials lawfully and for their intended purpose. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of course content is prohibited. Misuse of login credentials or attempts to circumvent technical safeguards will result in account suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, trademarks, logos, and website design are the property of Startup Law Go or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or use these materials beyond the scope of your access without our prior written consent.
5. Account Management
To access protected content, you must register and maintain a secure password. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately at info@startuplawgo.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
6. Payment & Billing
All fees are billed in Swiss Francs (CHF) through our secure payment gateway. We do not store full payment card details. Invoices are issued upon receipt of payment.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@startuplawgo.com without providing a reason. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation request.
If you have accessed any portion of a service—such as viewing course modules, attending coaching sessions, or downloading materials—before cancellation, we reserve the right to deduct a pro rata amount corresponding to the value of the services rendered. Any unused credit may be applied to future courses or services if requested within 30 days of cancellation.
Exceptions: For in-person workshops or events starting within 14 days of booking, cancellations will incur a non-refundable administrative fee equal to 25% of the total fee if organizational preparations have begun.
8. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance or experience outages without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our courses and materials are provided “as is” and for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You agree to use your own judgment in applying the information.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are liable only for direct damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zürich shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
